At IDPA, we are committed to transparency, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The following policy explains the guarantees, refunds, and conditions associated with purchasing an International Driving Permit (IDP) from the Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Permiss\u00f5es de Condu\u00e7\u00e3o (IDPA)<\/b>.<\/p>

1. International IDP Acceptance Guarantee<\/b><\/h2>

IDPA guarantees that your International Driving Permit will be accepted in the countries listed in our official Country Acceptance Checker<\/b>, provided that the correct IDP format (digital or printed) has been selected.<\/p>

You may request a refund if:<\/p>

  • Your IDP is rejected by official traffic authorities in an eligible country.

  • Your IDP is refused by a licensed car rental company in an eligible country.
